Learn the Japanese art of energy healing to heal yourself and others! Deepen your connection with yourself and others using this beautiful healing modality. During the class you will be attuned to the energy of Reiki by Elly Frongia, Certified Reiki Master Teacher. You will be taught how to use traditional Usui Reiki and be attuned to a newer branch. After completion of the workshop, a certificate for Reiki 1 will be given to each student approving them as a Reiki Level 1 Practitioner.
Course includes:
- Understanding of Reiki.
- Learn how thought processes affect the energy levels and clear energy blocks using specific affirmations.
- What is Reiki?
- How does Reiki work?
- What can it heal?
- History of Reiki.
- Reiki 1 attunement.
- Combining crystal and aromatherapy with your healing for more efficacy
- Standard treatment with all hand position for treating another person and self-treatment as taught in Reiki. Plenty of time is given for practice and discussion on each point.
